‍Procurement

This stage involves identifying the raw materials, tooling, packaging and other supplies required to meet customer orders. At Gardette, we set ourselves apart as the only manufacturer in the world to have our own cold rolling, drawing and heat treatment plant. This enables us to produce our own raw materials, thus reducing our lead times.

Efficient inventory management

In addition to our stock of raw materials, we have a finished goods inventory of over 25,000 items. We use traceability, the FIFO method and rotating inventories throughout the year, to secure our stocks and deliver as quickly as possible. Our 6-strong sales/logistics team attaches the utmost importance to preparing around 260 lines a day.

Order picking

Our order pickers work meticulously and professionally to guarantee customer satisfaction. Barcode scanners are used to ensure correct delivery. Once the products have been assembled, we take great care with our packaging to protect them during transport. Depending on the type of product, its size and weight, we use different types of packaging such as cardboard boxes, bags, pallets, wooden crates, etc. After packing, we label each parcel, including essential information such as contents, recipient and delivery address. We also enclose the delivery note.

Order tracking

At Gardette, we pride ourselves on our expertise in order tracking. Our sales teams have the ability to track every stage of our products' manufacture in real time, enabling us to ensure effective communication with our customers throughout the process. Thanks to this proactive approach, we are able to anticipate any possible delays and thus enhance customer satisfaction by offering them total transparency on the progress of their order.

Fast, reliable delivery

We are able to offer delivery in just 24/48 hours, thanks to our extensive stock and our network of reliable, efficient carriers. After preparing and labelling the parcels, it is essential to choose the right carrier to deliver our customers. This choice depends on various factors, such as the customer's requirements, the delivery destination, the desired delivery times, and the dimensions and weight of the parcels. That's why we work with :

• DPD for parcels under 30 kg
• CEVA for courier shipments
• Chronopost for express deliveries of parcels under 30kg (next-day delivery before 1pm or 6pm)
• TNT and DHL for express deliveries

We are able to track your parcel at every stage of delivery.

Returns and after-sales service

Our dedicated returns management team is committed to responding to all your concerns within 24 to 48 hours. Our number 1 objective is to provide you with an impeccable customer experience and guarantee your long-term satisfaction.

Reserves 

A missing, damaged or rescotched parcel! It is essential that you record your reservations on the transport receipt and confirm them to us within 48 hours. Please note that valid reservations are as follows: damaged pallet, open packages, missing parts. If your reservations are not precise, meaningful and complete, we will not be able to process your claim.
