How keys come to life with precision
At Gardette, we use cutting machines, whether equipped with circular saws or band saws. We prefer to use high-performance cutting materials such as HSS and carbide tools, guaranteeing maximum reliability and quality. Thanks to our 15 machines, we can cut bars up to 6 meters long.
Gardette: State-of-the-art equipment for custom machined parts
Our equipment includes 3-axis numerical controls. This equipment is supported by two robotized cells specially designed for NC loading and unloading. We also have a conventional milling island, which enables us to carry out a range of finishing operations such as cubing, chamfering and sloping parts.
Rectification: Eliminating imperfections to meet your needs
Double-sided surface grinding is a finishing technique used to eliminate surface imperfections and achieve extremely precise dimensional tolerances when manufacturing parts. It is a machining process that involves the use of abrasive wheels to remove thin layers of material.
We offer two tribo-finishing methods: vibration and centrifuging. The vibration method involves mixing parts with abrasives in a vibrating bowl, at a specific frequency and amplitude. Centrifuging, on the other hand, involves rotating the parts using a rotating bottom. These processes remove burrs, sharp edges and imperfections from parts, thus improving their quality.
Quality excellence at the heart of everything we do
Raw materials, semi-finished and finished products are checked at every stage. Certificates and dimensions are checked on receipt of raw materials, and parts are cross-sampled by operators during manufacture. Before being put into stock, all production orders undergo a final inspection in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 standards. The documents required by customers are issued during the final inspection. In addition to traditional inspection equipment, we use three-dimensional machines, optical controllers and cameras to ensure 100% control of our products.
